This role is to support and maintain SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO/FA/IO/TR) modules, and its related functional/application activities.
Role and Responsibilities
§ Primary role is to provide 1/2/3 level support on FICO (GL/AR/AP/FA/CCA/IO/TR) modules to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving of problems and incidents, keep users informed of progress on incident resolution. Communicate with the Cluster users in an appropriate and constructive manner at all times.
§ Manage and oversea the SAP Helpdesk support operation. Plan and drive the activities to support users' strategy, to ensure the Helpdesk calls are prioritized and resolved according to SLA agreements, and to achieve a high level of user satisfaction.
§ Drive operational projects, for examples DR exercise, Audit activities, User Authorization management, Security and resilience related tasks
§ Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.
§ Provide inputs to project teams on non-functional requirements for operations and support.
§ Review and assess the proposed support scope and efforts.
§ Evaluate test cases and review test results
§ Maintain various Operation SOPs. Ensure SOP standards are adhered to for documentation, development, source control, testing methodology, and internal procedures
§ Continually identifies areas of business process improvement, drives and facilitates changes, gains user consensus for change
§ Conduct regular training to users
§ Vendor management
§ Other various ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements / Qualifications
§ Bachelor Degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent
§ Minimum 5-7 years experiences in SAP FI/CO/FA/IO/TR configuration with at least 2 full project end-to-end cycle implementation.
§ 1 - 2 years experiences in a Lead role and self-motivator
§ A strong understanding of how SAP integrates across modules and with other IT systems
§ Good communication in English, be an active and vocal participant in IT team
§ Positive, proactive, can-do attitude toward your profession
§ Good analytical and problem-solving mind
§ Pro-active person who is able to deliver and work within the team structure and share duties
§ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
§ Team player - works to achieve team goals and objectives
§ Flexibility, willingness to be available after work hours on an emergency basis as needed

o Certified in SAP Financial Management
o Project management experience and certification
o Experience with SAP S/4 HANA
