What You'll Do
- Respond to medical information enquiries from Health Care Professionals and patients via phone/email/virtual channels
- Deliver clear, accurate, and regulatory-compliant information using approved scientific resources
- Document all interactions to the highest quality standards (including adverse events & product complaints)
- Escalate complex enquiries to internal experts when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve knowledge systems and customer experience
- Stay up to date on product, therapeutic and process training within the organisation
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English + native-level proficiency in Dutch (verbal & written)
- Experience in medical information or high-quality customer service environment
- Excellent communication - able to respond empathetically and professionally under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, compliance mindset and ability to multi-task
- Confident working with digital/CRM systems
