Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Hybrid

Role Overview
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will handle complex customer enquiries, provide accurate information, and support customers. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls.
- Support customers who may be needing guidance around account queries.
- Investigate and case management.
- Process and review large volumes of documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with internal procedures.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when updating records and processing information.
- Manage sensitive information responsibly and in line with data protection and company policies.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Follow established processes and guidelines while maintaining high service standards.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Ability to manage complex queries
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear and professional emails.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a process driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
