Location: Cork city (Hybrid)
Salary: €14.15 per hour
Contract: 6 Months
Are you a professional, communicator looking to kickstart your career?
Competitive Pay: €14.15 per hour.
Hybrid Flexibility: Start fully onsite for training to get you up to speed, then move to a 3-day WFH / 2-day Office split once targets (Quality & AHT) are met.
Convenience: Free onsite parking.
No Weekends: Standard Monday to Friday shifts (08:00-16:30 or 09:00-17:30).
As a Customer Service Administrator, you are the first point of contact for students and their families. Your day-to-day will involve:
Answering Inbound Queries: Handling calls regarding grant eligibility, application status, and payment timelines.
Document Support: Guiding applicants on what documentation is required and explaining why certain documents may have been rejected.
Multichannel Support: Once fully trained, you'll manage email queries and social media interactions (Facebook & X) alongside phone calls.
Admin Excellence: Maintaining high standards of data entry and call quality in a highly regulated environment.
This is an entry-level role, so while previous call center experience is a plus, it's not a dealbreaker. We value attitude over a long CV.
Professionalism: You can pick up new systems quickly and communicate clearly.
Tech Savvy: You have a reliable home internet connection (a speed test will be required for WFH setup).
A team player: Working as part of a team to ensure top quality service is provided.
Important Conflict of Interest Note: Candidates currently receiving a SUSI grant (or who have an immediate family member receiving one) are unfortunately ineligible for this specific role.
Full Training Provided: Includes 3.5 days of direct client training.
Structured Start: Two weeks of classroom training followed by two weeks of "Grad Bay" support to ensure you are confident and hitting your targets.
