Hourly rate: €14.15 per hour
Shift rotations 08:00 - 16:30 & 09:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday
In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high volume of inbound communications via telephone, email, and social media platforms
- Guiding applicants through the grant process, providing expert advice on eligibility, application status, and payment schedules.
- Reviewing and validating sensitive financial and legal documentation to ensure compliance with strict national regulations.
- Taking ownership of queries from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience for every student.
- Adhering to departmental guidelines and data protection protocols at all times.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulations in a simple, friendly manner.
- A strong analytical "eye for detail" for assessing documentation and identifying missing information.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with high-speed broadband to support a Work From Home (WFH) setup.
- Previous experience in a regulated environment-such as banking, insurance, or the public sector-is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously and manage professional social media interactions.
