Corporate Receptionist

Job Title: Corporate Receptionist
Location: Little Island, Co. Cork
Salary: €30,000 per annum
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Fully Onsite

Please note: This role is based in Little Island and is not accessible by public transport. Candidates must have their own transport.

A day in the Life...

• Opening reception and preparing the front desk for the day

• Greeting visitors and managing sign-ins

• Answering and directing incoming calls

• Managing meeting room bookings and set-ups

• Handling post, couriers and deliveries

• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks

• Keeping the reception area professional, organised and welcoming

• Closing down reception and preparing for the next day

What the client needs from you

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience (preferred)

• Professional, friendly and confident manner

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently

• Own transport (essential due to location)

Role summary

• Full-time, onsite position

• Monday to Friday (no weekends)

• Corporate office environment

• €30,000 salary
