We are currently recruiting for a Application Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Mahon. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for hybrid working once training is completed.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service, communication, and administrative skills who enjoys helping people and working in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: €14.15 per hour
Location: Mahon
Start Date: 23rd March
Parking: Available onsite
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday with two shift rotations:
* 08:00 - 16:30
* 09:00 - 17:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls from applicants and related parties regarding their applications
- Responding to email queries in a timely and professional manner
- Managing customer queries received through social media channels
- Reviewing and processing documentation received through the mailroom
- Assessing whether submitted documentation meets required criteria
- Providing clear information regarding application processes, eligibility, and payments
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Skills & Experience:
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing phone, email, and digital queries
- Good administrative and organisational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
