Morgan McKinley are partnering with a leading Irish food brand to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager for a senior, high-impact role within the business.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving brand presence, strengthening consumer engagement, and delivering measurable commercial results, while leading a high-performing marketing team and collaborating cross-functionally to build brand loyalty and real-world ROI.
Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver a fully integrated 360° marketing calendar across sales, retail, PR, social, digital, CRM, events, and packaging.
Develop campaign briefs and manage new product launches in collaboration with creative and agency partners, tracking KPIs and ROI.
Drive brand storytelling across owned and earned channels, optimising activity based on performance insights.
Partner closely with Sales on retail relationships, promotions, in-store activations, and key customer presentations.
Own content strategy across social platforms, overseeing organic and paid activity, budgets, performance, and community engagement.
Manage PR activity and partnerships, including media relations, influencers, creators, sponsorships, and brand ambassador activity.
Work with Customer Care to ensure timely, consistent consumer responses across social and CRM channels.
Lead and develop the marketing team, supporting innovation, creative execution, and long-term capability growth aligned with company values.
Requirements:
A confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a comparable marketing role; experience within FMCG/CPG, wellness, or purpose-led brands is an advantage but not essential.
A hands-on, creative marketer with a strong track record of turning ideas into action and managing projects end-to-end.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and experience managing timelines, artwork, and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
An effective and engaging communicator who is collaborative by nature and remains calm under pressure.
Confident in presentations and brand storytelling across channels.
A genuine interest in clean food, sustainability, and values-driven brands.
