As an Operations Manager, you work on tasks within a program to design, launch, standardize, and optimize operational processes of vendor or internal teams.
You are developing your understanding of process optimization as you work on tasks within the scope of a process efficiency program. You support your team in tracking and analyzing operational trends in process or workflow performance with direct guidance.
Responsibilities include:
- Support execution of projects to generate impact and solve scaled operations problems.
- Support tracking and analysis for trends of operational characteristics in process or workflow performance and identify opportunities to improve operational procedures with direct guidance (e.g., manage utilization and eliminate non-productive activities).
- Publish operational metrics/KPIs with direct guidance.
- Support creation of or maintenance of SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and relevant training and certification programs.
- Work with stakeholders to help them understand policies and processes and assist other stakeholders on escalations/exceptions, under direct guidance.
- Help answer questions within SLA, review employee query exceptions and resolve escalations, support employee-facing queues, under direct guidance.
- Support management of strategic relationships with key stakeholders to deliver or manage operations and processes with direct guidance.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to identify business objectives and requirements for operations.
- Support delivery of business requirements with the right supplier/internal strategy (right MSP, right location at the right cost, budget).
- Scale solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and/or success metrics (e.g., cost savings, capacity planning, time savings) at a pod, market, regional, or global level, with direct guidance.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling tickets from sales teams
- Stakeholder management
- Updating documentation and processes.
- Technical requirements include proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, a fundamental understanding of SQL.
- Experience with Ad Manager is preferred
