On their behalf, we are seeking a tenacious, high-energy Sales Executive to drive their expansion. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role perfect for a self-starter who excels in B2B environments and thrives on winning new accounts.
This position is focused on new business acquisition. You will spend your time on the road, identifying opportunities, and positioning our client as the premier choice for cleaning services and product supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunting for new leads through cold calling, utilising modern sales strategies, and local networking.
- Managing the end-to-door tender process, including site visits and formal bid submissions.
- Presenting value-based solutions and closing deals with decision-makers and facility managers.
- Maintaining a healthy volume of prospects to ensure consistent growth.
Candidate Profile
- Proven success in new business sales. Experience in B2B services or door-to-door sales is required.
- You are resilient, persuasive, and possess a "hunter" mentality.
- Exceptional face-to-face communication and the ability to navigate complex negotiations.
- A full, clean driver's license is mandatory as this is a field-based role.
