A growing professional services firm is seeking a Business Development Manager and Sales Enablement Manager to join its Marketing & Communications team. This is an internal-facing role focused on enabling senior leaders to drive growth across multiple service lines and industry sectors.
Working closely with Partners and Directors, you'll help coordinate business development activity, support account growth initiatives, drive CRM adoption, improve pipeline visibility and manage strategic bids and proposals.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business development and growth initiatives.
- Support cross-selling opportunities across multiple service lines.
- Lead and support CRM adoption, reporting and data quality initiatives.
- Produce pipeline, revenue and performance insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate strategic bids and proposals, ensuring consistency and best practice.
- Support account planning and industry growth programmes.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, client engagement initiatives, events and thought leadership activity.
- Drive improved pipeline management and commercial discipline across the business.
About You
- Experience in business development, sales enablement, commercial operations, marketing or account management.
- Professional services experience preferred (consulting, legal, accounting, advisory or similar highly desirable).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders.
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting and commercial insights.
- Knowledge of bids, proposals and growth planning processes.
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded.
