We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Brand Ambassador's to represent our client by distributing promotional merchandise at a designated location. The ideal candidate is friendly, approachable and passionate about creating positive interactions that leave a lasting impression on customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute branded merchandise to customers and event attendees in a professional and engaging manner.
- Represent the brand positively by interacting with the public in a friendly, knowledgeable and approachable way.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to brand guidelines at all times.
- Set up, organize and maintain merchandise distribution areas to ensure they are clean and well-stocked.
- Monitor merchandise inventory during events and report stock levels or shortages to the event supervisor.
- Encourage customer engagement and help create a memorable brand experience.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
- Follow all event policies, safety procedures and company standards.
- Complete any required post-event reports or feedback.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in outdoor or event environments.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in promotions, events, customer service, or brand ambassador roles is preferred but not required.
