Our client is a leading international developer in decentralized renewable energy. We are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide practical, commercial legal support for renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements.
- Advisory: Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to business stakeholders and senior management.
- Sector Support: Support legal and regulatory matters for solar, wind, and infrastructure projects.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify legal risks, support dispute resolution, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Operations: Assist with employment law, corporate governance, and manage external UK/Irish counsel.
Requirements
- Credentials: Qualified Solicitor in Ireland (LLB/JD or equivalent).
- Experience: 2+ years' PQE (in-house or private practice) with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in renewables, construction, or infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
