The Live Onboarding & Activation Specialist owns the post-acquisition seller journey, ensuring sellers are operationally ready, enabled, and accountable to launch and sustain high-quality live commerce experiences. This role is critical to converting approved sellers into consistently active participants through disciplined execution, structured enablement, and strong operational ownership.
What you will accomplish:
- Seller Onboarding & Readiness
Own seller onboarding from approval through launch readiness by validating account setup, policies, limits, tooling access, and overall seller preparedness.
- Activation Execution & Seller Accountability
Drive sellers through defined onboarding and activation milestones, ensuring timely completion of required steps and holding sellers accountable to launch and activation commitments.
- Tools, Process & Operational Excellence
Execute onboarding and activation workflows with precision using internal tools (including HIVE and master trackers), maintaining accurate documentation, notes, and status tracking throughout the lifecycle.
- Seller Education & Enablement
Deliver structured onboarding and education sessions that equip sellers with the knowledge, best practices, and confidence to successfully operate and grow.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner closely with Business Development, Category Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless transitions, clear ownership, and consistent seller experience.
What you will bring (Competencies):
- Strong Operational Execution
Proven ability to execute complex onboarding processes with consistency, accuracy, and speed in a high-volume environment.
- Tools & Process Fluency
Comfort operating within structured systems and workflows, including CRM and onboarding tools, with a focus on data integrity and process adherence.
- Detail Orientation
High attention to detail across seller reviews, documentation, tooling updates, and readiness checks to prevent downstream issues.
- Structured Follow-Through & Seller Accountability
Ability to drive sellers to action through clear expectations, milestone tracking, and disciplined follow-up.
- Education & Enablement Mindset
Passion for teaching and enabling sellers, translating operational requirements into clear, actionable guidance that drives long-term success.
Anything else of relevance to specific team/area of the business
- 1-2 years of sell experience.
- Experience managing workflows, tooling, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
