Ad Sales Account Manager
Location: Dublin Hybrid (3 days in office)
Contract Duration: 29/04/2026 - 15/04/2027

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ad Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of advertising accounts while driving in-quarter revenue performance. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, translating business objectives into effective advertising solutions, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver measurable results and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Opportunity Identification
- Identify revenue and growth opportunities within assigned markets and customer portfolios.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to assess sales potential, marketing efficiency, and incremental investment strategies.
- Execute sales strategies tailored to specific markets and customers.
- Review revenue performance and forecasts, proactively mitigating risks and sharing updates with stakeholders.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Strategically partner with customers to drive mutual business objectives and long-term value.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, maintaining strong, high-impact relationships.
- Lead customer conversations, structured discovery sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle objections and influence stakeholders effectively.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Translate customer business objectives into KPIs and campaign strategies.
- Develop medium-sized, account-specific proposals aligned with performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal product specialists and setup advisors (including teams in Turkey) to launch and optimize campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are properly deployed and continuously improved based on performance insights.
- Drive optimization initiatives aligned with customer KPIs to promote long-term growth.
Data Analysis & Strategic Recommendations
- Conduct deep dives into internal and external data to extract actionable insights.
- Deliver full pieces of data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers and leadership.
- Maintain pipeline health and account-specific internal metrics.
- Influence cross-functional teams using insights to drive change and improve outcomes.
Knowledge & Best Practice Sharing
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of advertising products, services, and competitive landscape.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, case studies, industry events, and training initiatives.
- Share successes, learnings, and opportunities for improvement internally and externally.
Required Experience
- 6-12 years of experience in an external-facing role such as ad sales, account management, customer support, business development, or relationship management.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical advertising solutions and vice versa.
- Strong experience managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
