Morgan McKinley has partnered with a leading provider in health and wellness who is looking to hire an experienced and commercially minded Head of Digital & Brand Marketing to lead the company's global digital strategy across multiple markets. This senior leadership role will define and execute digital initiatives that build brand visibility, engage customers, and drive performance across eCommerce and retail channels.
The ideal candidate will be a digital strategist with deep knowledge of performance marketing, digital brand storytelling, and platform optimization. This role will manage internal teams and external agencies, ensuring all digital activities are aligned with business goals and market priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and deliver a cohesive digital strategy that drives growth and customer retention.
- Transition the digital model from a D2C-centric approach to a full-funnel brand marketing engine.
- Develop and implement strategic digital roadmaps across domestic and international markets.
Channel & Performance Oversight
- Own and optimize performance across all digital platforms, including website, third-party marketplaces, paid media, CRM/email, influencer partnerships, and digital content.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that align brand goals with revenue targets.
- Ensure continuous performance improvement through data analysis and testing.
Team Leadership
- Lead a cross-functional digital team responsible for content, campaigns, social, CRM, and performance marketing.
- Champion collaboration across brand, digital, commercial, and retail teams.
- Support team development, innovation, and operational excellence.
Agency & Campaign Management
- Oversee relationships with external agencies across media, marketplace, influencer, and CRM functions.
- Lead integrated planning and performance reviews with external partners.
- Set and manage agency KPIs to ensure accountability and alignment with digital goals.
Digital Experience & Platform Management
- Create and implement a best-in-class user experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage digital platforms including eCommerce, third-party marketplaces, and CRM tools.
- Maintain best practices in platform usability, content updates, and performance reporting.
Retention & Loyalty
- Develop CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies that improve retention and customer lifetime value.
- Drive automation, segmentation, and personalization within email and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evolve loyalty initiatives.
Candidate Profile
This role requires a strategic thinker and digital brand leader with a strong track record in both brand and performance marketing. The successful candidate is highly analytical, creatively driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
You will bring a passion for digital innovation, strong commercial awareness, and an ability to lead cross-functional teams toward unified goals. An ability to balance storytelling with data-driven decision-making is key.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 6 years in senior digital leadership roles spanning brand and performance marketing.
- Strong background in UI/UX and digital customer journey design.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-driven tools for personalization, content creation, segmentation, or campaign optimization.
- Expertise in integrated media (search, social, display, influencer) and multichannel campaign planning.
- Experience with D2C and retail-aligned digital strategies.
- Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), CRM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g. GA4).
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
