About the role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and inspiring people leader to manage a high-performing team of Account Executives within the E-Commerce sector. This team supports customers across Europe, and the Team Leader will play a key role in guiding and empowering the team to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support a team of Account Executives, setting clear objectives and conducting regular 1:1s to drive performance and personal development.
Monitor and analyse team KPIs and sales metrics, using data insights to develop strategies that maximise customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
Manage daily team operations, ensuring appropriate desk coverage, swift issue resolution, and alignment with wider business goals.
Facilitate regular team meetings to share updates, encourage collaboration, and foster a strong team culture.
Continuously assess and improve internal processes to boost team efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Identify training needs and provide targeted coaching to promote skill development, problem-solving, and accountability within the team.
Experience required:
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong planning and organisational abilities.
Creative problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Strong IT literacy, including proficiency with CRM tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office.
A genuine interest in Sports and Casino products is a strong advantage.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, positive, and improvement-focused approach.
