Morgan McKinley is proud to be partnering with Design & Crafts Council Ireland (DCCI) to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager on an initial 3-month contract.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of DCCI's digital platforms and campaigns. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital and Communications, your focus will be on increasing engagement across websites, social media, email marketing, and paid digital channels - driving visibility and impact for the organisation's corporate and programme brands.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to a proactive and strategic digital marketer with strong technical skills and a collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow DCCI's digital presence across DCCI.ie, DesignIreland.ie, and ShowcaseIreland.com.
- Develop and implement digital content strategies that are on-brand and audience-focused.
- Collaborate on CRM development and ensure integration across platforms and workflows.
- Define, monitor, and report on digital KPIs and performance metrics.
- Optimise SEO, metadata, UX and site functionality across all platforms.
- Plan and deliver digital campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Retargeting, and Paid Social.
- Work with the Communications Manager to create and implement effective social and content strategies.
- Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders on channel and campaign performance.
- Manage a small digital team to support programme delivery and marketing initiatives.
- Drive a digital-first mindset across the organisation, working closely with other departments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing long-term planning with short-term priorities.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage campaign budgets in line with procurement guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- A third-level qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Digital Media.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or digital development roles.
- Strong experience managing websites and digital ecosystems - ideally with WordPress, Salesforce, and GA4.
- Demonstrated success in delivering engaging content and high-performing digital campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage integrated digital marketing from concept to completion.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and agency coordination skills.
- Proactive and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience with or understanding of public sector/government protocols (desirable).
