Role Overview
As a Sales Specialist, you will embody and execute best-in-class selling practices in both internal and customer-facing environments. You will support customer relationships and product-area client initiatives by delivering end-to-end tasks within broader client projects, such as developing workshops, presentations, and sales pitches.
You will also contribute to product activation efforts by engaging with the product community, educating sales teams on new products and beta offerings, and developing competitive market intelligence under guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify revenue and growth opportunities within the market and across customer accounts, supporting internal stakeholders in evaluating sales potential, revenue impact, and marketing effectiveness.
- Execute product and sales strategies across assigned verticals to achieve targets including revenue growth, product adoption, and sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting communication, expectation management, and collaborative planning to achieve shared objectives.
- Design and deliver customer workshops, presentations, and tailored solutions that address business needs and drive revenue growth.
- Contribute to the development and execution of client strategies and provide input to improve project outcomes.
- Share best practices, insights, and sales techniques (e.g., objection handling, pitching, account growth strategies) to support team performance and account scaling.
- Support opportunity management, pipeline tracking, and data-driven reporting to inform decision-making and sales strategy.
- Leverage product and industry knowledge to enhance customer conversations and improve solution positioning.
