Our client a leading Maintenance Repair Organisation, is seeking a high-energy sales Professional with a passion for aviation to join its team.
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Base Maintenance, you will be the driving force behind lead generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities worldwide to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with airlines, cargo operators, and leasing companies.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and refine our value proposition.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and represent the company at major international trade events and conferences.
- Manage the sales lifecycle through the CRM, ensuring data-driven decision-making and accurate reporting.
The Ideal Candidate
A dynamic "self-starter" who thrives in fast-paced environments. You should possess:
- A Degree or equivalent aircraft maintenance qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years in the aviation sector with a proven track record in sales processes.
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is not essential but would be advantageous.
- An energetic, team-oriented approach with a commitment to meet deadlines.
