The business is entering an exciting new phase of growth through significant investment in AI, new product development and international expansion. With an ambitious product roadmap ahead - they are looking to strengthen their Product team with a commercially minded Product Manager.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of products within a fast-moving fintech environment.
Working closely with the VP of Product, you'll own products from concept through to delivery-identifying customer problems, shaping intuitive user experiences and partnering with Engineering to bring new ideas to market.
This is not a traditional backlog-management role. The business has embraced AI across its product development lifecycle, allowing Product Managers to spend less time on administration and more time solving customer problems, validating ideas and delivering meaningful commercial outcomes.
You'll have significant influence over the product roadmap while helping define how AI-first product development evolves within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Identify customer needs and translate them into commercially valuable product opportunities.
- Design intuitive customer journeys and user experiences that improve engagement and adoption.
- Partner closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality products at pace.
- Lead product discovery, rapid prototyping and solution validation.
- Prioritise product initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Design, Operations, Customer Service and Leadership to ensure products solve real business problems.
- Drive the development of new AI-enabled capabilities across the product portfolio.
- Monitor product performance using customer feedback, analytics and market insight to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Play a key role in the development of the company's upcoming insurance platform and future product offerings.
About You
You're a customer-focused Product Manager who enjoys solving complex problems and turning ideas into products that deliver measurable business value.
You thrive in environments where decisions are made quickly, ownership is encouraged and you'll have the opportunity to shape products from the ground up.
You'll likely bring:
- Several years' experience in Product Management within SaaS, fintech, e-commerce or another digital product environment.
- Strong customer journey and user experience thinking.
- Experience leading products through the full product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across Product, Engineering and Leadership teams.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to challenge thinking where appropriate.
Experience within payments or financial services would be advantageous but is not essential.
