Our client, a major international asset servicing group, is expanding its ETF Centre of Excellence in Dublin, and we're hiring into a role supporting the growth of their ETF platform. This is a genuine opportunity to join a small, high-performing team at the centre of a strategically important build-out, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and real ownership from day one.
The Role
You'll work closely with the ETF team to shape and drive forward a number of platform developments, ranging from moderately complex to highly complex builds spanning multiple internal systems. You'll be the link between the business and technology, scoping requirements, drafting documentation, and steering initiatives through to delivery, while working alongside a technology team who handle the actual build.
Depending on background and interest, there is also scope to focus more on onboarding a significant new piece of client business landing with the team over the coming year, a high-visibility mandate that will involve close collaboration with Operations to ensure a smooth transition.
What You'll Bring
- Strong, direct experience within the ETF ecosystem, ideally gained at an established fund service provider working with ETF clients (order-taking, transfer agency, or primary market environments)
- Confidence engaging with senior internal stakeholders and committees
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter mentality, comfortable owning a book of work and operating with a degree of ambiguity
- Prior exposure to project/change delivery is an advantage, particularly for candidates more PM-leaning in style
