We are currently seeking a highly capable Logistics & Operations Executive to support and enhance the end-to-end logistics and operational model.
This is a unique and impactful role supporting the management of logistics operations related to the movement, processing, and optimisation of materials and services. You'll play a key role in aligning day-to-day operations with strategic business goals and in maintaining a high-performing commercial and operational framework.
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of logistical experience, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management skills within a fast-paced operational environment.
Support the management and revision of logistics and service contracts, ensuring operational compliance and commercial performance.
Monitor supplier performance, audit activities, and enforce quality and service standards.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyse operational data to support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Contribute to the development of KPIs and metrics for performance tracking and continuous improvement.
Enhance and test the organisation's operational model to ensure it remains scalable and effective.
Keep SOPs, compliance documents, and risk registers accurate and up to date.
Track changes in relevant legislation or industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
Maintain and review business continuity plans in line with operational developments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and papers to support senior management in decision-making.
Assist in implementing contract improvements and service enhancements.
Highly organised, solution-focused, and able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
Experienced in logistics, operations, or service delivery, ideally with exposure to compliance-driven environments.
Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
Skilled in analysing data and generating performance insights.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Demonstrates a genuine interest in driving operational best practices and continuous improvement.
