Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Our client, a leading industrial manufacturer in Ireland, are seeking to hire a Continuous Improvement Coordinator for their Cork site.

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, as CI Coordinator you will be responsible for the daily leadership and management of lean activities and projects across various production teams in line with strategic KPIs. Strong experience supporting diverse teams and projects in a fast-paced environment would be essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively mentoring and coaching department staff, ensuring efficient daily processes are activated for respective projects.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Effectively manage and report on projects to site leadership.
• Effectively use relevant technologies to assist continuous improvement projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in continuous improvement roles.
• Experience mentoring and coaching colleagues in operational excellence.
• Strong track record of Lean/Continuous Improvement practices.
• Relevant education and lean qualifications (Green or Black Belt).
• Proven planning and technical skills.
