Production Planner

We're looking for a detail-driven Production Planner to support end-to-end planning, scheduling, and logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand, forecasts, and capacity.

• Analyse material availability, labour requirements, and logistics constraints to optimise planning.

• Coordinate production tasks, workflow sequencing, and movement of materials throughout the process.

• Maintain ERP data for production planning, labour hours, inventory, and logistics.

• Manage inbound logistics with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Plan outbound shipments, including warehousing, packaging, and transport coordination.

• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, revenue performance, and schedule adherence; prepare regular reports.

• Identify process bottlenecks, implement efficiency improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate across engineering, operations, warehouse, and transport partners to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

• Uphold safety-first practices and relevant industry standards.

What you bring:

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination.

• Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and inventory principles.

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

• Strong organisational and technical communication skills.

• Knowledge of industrial or commercial HVAC systems (air-cooled & water-cooled) is highly advantageous.

• KPI tracking and reporting experience.
