Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, this role offers the opportunity to shape impactful communications across the business. The manager is looking for a strong communications professional with proven internal communications experience and is happy to provide training on the organisation's ways of working and utilities sector knowledge.
Responsibilities

Deliver integrated internal communications to support business needs and projects.

Create, edit, and publish engaging content across intranet, newsletters, and SharePoint.

Develop and implement editorial and channel strategies aligned to the company's vision.

Build and maintain strong internal relationships to support communication goals.

Support governance, health & safety objectives, and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Requirements

3-5 years' experience in internal communications

Strong writing, editing, and digital content creation skills across multiple lines of communication tools i.e internal emails, website updates, blog posts, press releases and announcements.

Experience with SharePoint or similar intranet publishing tools is desirable.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are super important- the successful professional must have experience communicating with C-Suite, Field workers, Office professionals etc.
