Our client, a leading organisation within the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Team Lead to join their established marketing function. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role offers the opportunity to lead high-profile marketing initiatives that support brand development, customer engagement, and strategic business objectives.

As Customer Marketing Lead, you will play a key role in shaping customer communications and driving brand impact across multiple channels. You will oversee the development of above-the-line (ATL) advertising, lead customer and distributor insight initiatives, and ensure that marketing activities consistently reflect customer needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage high-profile ATL advertising and sponsorship activities aligned with business goals.
Communicate the organisation's value proposition clearly and effectively to customers, brokers, financial planners, and internal stakeholders.
Champion the customer voice across all marketing initiatives.
Work closely with data analytics teams to define, gather, and analyse customer data to support decision-making and identify opportunities.
Lead customer and distributor research, maintaining a comprehensive customer insights library.
Translate brand objectives and customer insights into clear, compelling briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage relationships with creative agency partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Oversee marketing budgets, demonstrating value and return on investment.
Manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process, interpreting feedback and making recommendations for improvement.
You will be an experienced marketing professional with strong advertising expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead projects and people in a structured, deadline-driven environment. You will bring a blend of strategic thinking, customer insight capability, and strong stakeholder management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar marketing role within financial services.
Relevant third-level qualification in marketing or a related discipline; additional advertising qualifications are an advantage.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-channel advertising campaigns.
Proven ability to lead marketing projects and initiatives.
Experience in people management, including coaching and performance management.
Strong analytical, research, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent creative writing, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.
