About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, career-focused individual to join a dynamic sales team as a Bathroom Showroom Executive. While experience in the bathroom industry is advantageous, full training will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service, offering expert advice on products and solutions.

Assist customers in designing and selecting their ideal bathroom.

Sell to both retail and trade customers.

Produce accurate quotations and follow up with clients promptly.

Respond to customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and cleanliness.

Manage point-of-sale processes, including cash, card, and credit transactions.

Follow procedures to ensure the security of cash and merchandise.

Carry out product coding, pricing, and updates for resale items.

Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.
Your Profile

Experience: Previous retail experience, ideally in bathroom or home interior sales. Product knowledge in the bathroom sector is advantageous but not essential.
