Customer Success Manager
Location: Ireland - Remote

The Opportunity
We need a customer-obsessed success manager who drives real value, not just checks boxes. Your mission: turn customers into raving fans who maximize ROI from Planr and become our best advocates. You'll own retention, expansion, and ensuring every client gets transformative results from our platform.
What You'll Do
- Own customer relationships post-sale-you're their trusted advisor
- Drive deep product adoption and ensure customers extract maximum value
- Proactively identify underutilization and turn it into opportunity
- Conduct business reviews demonstrating ROI and uncovering expansion opportunities
- Build champions and advocates-customers should be referenceable and love Planr
- Collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities and renewals
- Partner with Product team to communicate client needs and feature requests
- Maintain health scores, usage metrics, and renewal forecasts
- Deliver training sessions and best practice workshops
What We Need
Non-negotiable:
- 3-5 years customer success or account management experience (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Target-carrying background-you're measured on retention, expansion, NPS, and customer outcomes
- Consultative mindset-you understand business challenges and prescribe solutions
- Customer-focused with exceptional relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of driving product adoption and measurable customer value
- Financially literate-comfortable discussing ROI, business metrics, analytics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with financial software, reporting tools, or analytics platforms
- Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM systems, integration technologies
- Self-motivated and proactive-you anticipate problems before they arise
- Team player who works seamlessly with Sales, Product, and leadership
- Comfortable working mainly office-based for collaboration
