Role Title: Head of Sales
Location: Can be based anywhere in Ireland, with regular travel required for meetings and branch visits. Company car or car allowance provided.
Purpose:
Seeking a Head of Sales to lead and grow the branch sales function across Ireland. Reporting to the CEO and part of the Senior Management Team, you will manage and expand the branch sales channel, collaborating with business development, finance, operations, procurement, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute branch sales plans to meet short- and long-term targets
- Set regional sales goals and lead the branch sales team with ongoing performance reviews
- Manage sales incentive programs to maximize results and service quality
- Oversee sales reporting and deliver insights to stakeholders
- Work closely with purchasing and marketing to identify growth opportunities and plan key account strategies
Essential Experience:
- 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in wholesale
- Proven success in wholesale sales management and team leadership
- Strong financial skills, including P&L management
Desirable Attributes:
- Proactive and self-driven with strong decision-making abilities
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Confident reporting to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Full clean Irish driving license
