Our client, a well-known and rapidly growing creative agency, is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting the delivery of impactful website and digital marketing projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

The Role
As Digital Account Manager, you will manage day-to-day client interactions, provide strategic digital guidance, and oversee the execution of a wide range of marketing activities. You will collaborate closely with internal specialists to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and performance targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new digital ideas and recommendations to support client growth, lead generation and revenue enhancement.
- Plan, create and schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo and HubSpot.
- Update and maintain client websites using WordPress, Elementor and Shopify, including copy, blogs, imagery and product listings.
- Coordinate with PPC, SEO and design teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns and report performance insights to clients.
About You
You will be a proactive and confident marketer with strong digital execution skills and the ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and clarity. You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a solution-focused mindset.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, Elementor and Shopify.
- Experience with Google Ads, SEO and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
- Strong client management skills and the confidence to advise and guide clients.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across the team.
- Full clean driving licence and access to own car.
