Morgan McKinley is currently partnering with a major Irish retail bank to hire a Graphic Designer in their St. Stephen's Green location.
This is a 6 month fixed term position
Your Role:
You will support the delivery of a Bank-wide regulatory programme. You will be responsible
for the implementation of all communications updates in adherence to regulations and the
Bank's Brand Guidelines across all aspects of design, across internal and customer facing
collateral.
This role is suited to a highly motivated individual with the necessary design and multimedia
skills and competencies to thrive in a fast-paced business environment. You will report to the Marketing Communications Specialist.

In this team, you will be joining a collaborative, dedicated and supportive team
with a positive and empowering culture. Within your role, you will have the opportunity to
work closely with Bank stakeholders within a dedicated Communications Workstream,
translating business requirements into dynamic, high quality customer communications.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple design requests and meet tight deadlines.
- Manage the implementation and quality control across all communications updates -digital and print assets, brochures, posters, and other advertising collateral,correspondence and ad hoc assets.
- Third party management and quality control for all design/production output including but not limited to; print materials, print process review, correct and consistent application of brand guidelines including colour, colour testing, font, typography and imagery, illustrations, and infographics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align with internal and external brand strategy and existing brand guidelines and visual identity
- Manage the design workstack and stakeholder expectations in a fast paced environment.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, regulatory, professional and legal requirements.
Requirements:
Essential
- Proven proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Expert command of Microsoft products critical to the delivery of the responsibilities of the role, (specifically, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High standard of graphic design capability and experience
- Proven ability of delivering to challenging targets / plans
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear track record of working effectively in situations that require sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters
- Strong organisation and planning skills to ensure effective management of workstack
- Able to show excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality
- Cross-functional teamwork and collaboration skills are integral to the position
Desired
- Previous experience in Financial Services, or similar regulated industry, an advantage.
- Ability to work within a team on tightly governed processes in the development of material and procedures in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code and regulatory framework.
- Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships.
- Project management skills.
- Experience using Adobe After Effects
