Our client, a leading organisation within the financial services and mobility sector, is seeking a Campaign Specialist to join their expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the commercial performance of well-known automotive brands by managing, coordinating, and optimising high-impact marketing and finance campaigns across multiple channels.
Working closely with the Brand & Planning Manager, the successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for several major brand partners, supporting both day-to-day operations and longer-term strategic initiatives.
The Role
As Campaign Specialist, you will play a central role in implementing and managing a new campaign management system, ensuring it meets the organisation's evolving operational and compliance requirements. You will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners to execute data-led, customer-centric campaigns that support brand performance across retail, fleet, digital and aftersales channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, onboarding, and optimisation of a new campaign management system.

Ensure the system delivers required functionality, process efficiency, and strong internal controls.

Set up, execute, monitor and analyse brand campaigns across all relevant sales channels.

Manage and maintain campaign information to support the sale of finance products, working across Brand Management, Sales, Controlling, and Operations.

Oversee campaign compliance and ensure all activity adheres to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

Provide campaign costings and pricing examples to brand partners for budgeting and advertising purposes.
About You
You will be an organised and commercially minded professional with strong analytical skills and experience working in fast-paced environments. You bring excellent communication ability, strong numerical capability, and the drive to support continuous improvement across systems and processes.
Requirements:

Degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.

3+ years' experience in financial services or a commercial industry environment.

Exceptional Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Strong numerical and analytical ability, capable of presenting data clearly and effectively.

Excellent stakeholder communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality outputs under time pressure.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.

Strong customer and commercial focus.

Fluent written and spoken English.
