Key Responsibilities
- Investigate suspicious claims and activities on the platform
- Manage cases, assess validity, and determine appropriate resolutions
- Handle inbound and outbound communications (emails, tickets, calls)
- Collect and verify documentation from users and third-party providers
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify fraudulent account activity
- Prepare detailed incident reports and case summaries
- Escalate fraud trends, risks, and organized fraud activity
- Promote fraud awareness and prevention across teams
- Provide regular updates to leadership on case progress
What You'll Bring
- 2-3 years of experience in fraud investigation, insurance claims, dispute resolution, or risk management
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex cases
- Strong time management, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance fraud investigations or program management
- Background in property or liability claims
- Understanding of Third Party Administrators/Adjusters
- Experience working with vendors or external partners
