    We are seeking a highly motivated Fraud Investigator to join a dynamic and mission-driven team. In this role, you will help protect the integrity of the platform by identifying, investigating, and mitigating fraudulent claims, while delivering exceptional support to hosts and guests.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Investigate suspicious claims and activities on the platform
    • Manage cases, assess validity, and determine appropriate resolutions
    • Handle inbound and outbound communications (emails, tickets, calls)
    • Collect and verify documentation from users and third-party providers
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify fraudulent account activity
    • Prepare detailed incident reports and case summaries
    • Escalate fraud trends, risks, and organized fraud activity
    • Promote fraud awareness and prevention across teams
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on case progress

    What You'll Bring

    • 2-3 years of experience in fraud investigation, insurance claims, dispute resolution, or risk management
    • 2+ years of customer service experience
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage complex cases
    • Strong time management, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in insurance fraud investigations or program management
    • Background in property or liability claims
    • Understanding of Third Party Administrators/Adjusters
    • Experience working with vendors or external partners

    Additional Requirements

    • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
    • Passion for fraud prevention and customer experience excellence
