Distribution Lead - Corporate Life & Pensions

Job Summary:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business development across Corporate Life & Pensions. The successful candidate will lead a team of Distribution Managers, foster key relationships with distribution partners, and play a strategic role in shaping the service and engagement approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Distribution Managers to deliver commercial goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and industry bodies.

• Understand client and distributor needs and challenges to drive value.

• Influence internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of service excellence.

• Contribute to and execute strategic plans for business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in corporate pensions or financial services.

• Strong strategic thinking and change management capabilities.

• In-depth knowledge of pensions, legislation, governance, and investment products.

• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IIPM, LIA, or third-level degree).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
