Job Summary:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business development across Corporate Life & Pensions. The successful candidate will lead a team of Distribution Managers, foster key relationships with distribution partners, and play a strategic role in shaping the service and engagement approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Distribution Managers to deliver commercial goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and industry bodies.
Understand client and distributor needs and challenges to drive value.
Influence internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of service excellence.
Contribute to and execute strategic plans for business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in corporate pensions or financial services.
Strong strategic thinking and change management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of pensions, legislation, governance, and investment products.
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IIPM, LIA, or third-level degree).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
