A leading provider in the employee benefits and pensions space is seeking an experienced Corporate Market Lead to join their high-performing team.

This is a senior leadership role suited to someone with deep industry expertise in corporate pensions and group risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Employer Sales Managers to drive growth in the corporate market.
• Develop new business opportunities across pensions (Master Trust), group risk (life & income protection), and retail products.
• Provide strategic input and leadership to enhance market presence and client engagement.
• Understand employer challenges and deliver tailored, value-led benefit solutions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including CRM, product, operations, and investment teams to deliver an outstanding service.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience with strategic sales acumen.
• 10+ years of experience in the corporate pensions and group risk space.
• Strong influencing skills, commercial awareness, and resilience.
• Deep knowledge of the Irish corporate benefits landscape.
• Relevant third-level and industry qualifications essential (QFA or equivalent).
