Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support to financial planners, helping to deliver accurate and efficient client services.
- Prepare, review, and process client documentation, including financial plans, application forms, and compliance paperwork, ensuring all documents meet regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, with a strong focus on compliance and attention to detail.
- Contact clients to gather medical information for protection insurance applications.
- Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, delivering excellent customer service and clear, accurate information.
- Work closely with financial advisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and financial recommendations are implemented effectively.
- Keep up to date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure all work is completed in line with company policies and standards.
