To support continued growth and excellence, they are now seeking a Corporate Relationship Management Lead to join their team.
This is a senior, strategic leadership role ideal for someone with deep experience in the corporate pensions space.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Corporate Customer Relationship Managers.
Drive business performance through strong relationship development with existing corporate clients.
Design, develop and implement a customer development operating model for corporate employer relationships.
Provide strategic direction and leadership within the corporate relationship management function.
Work closely with large indigenous and multinational employers to identify cross-selling and growth opportunities.
Requirements
Proven expertise in corporate pensions and employee benefits, with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of the Irish corporate market and customer landscape.
Experience managing relationships with large corporate and multinational organisations.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement change effectively.
Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
Relevant third-level qualification required.
