Job Summary:
We are seeking two experienced Customer Relationship Managers to join our Corporate Life and Pensions team. The role focuses on managing and developing client relationships, onboarding new pension schemes, and ensuring excellent service delivery to medium and large corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new group pension schemes.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients.
Conduct investment reviews and promote member engagement.
Cross-sell related products and services, generating repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate projects related to scheme transitions and implementation.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure high-quality service.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years' experience in employee benefits management.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills.
Proactive approach to client engagement and relationship management.
Experience working with industry bodies is advantageous.
Third-level qualification in Business, Investments, or Pensions.
