We are currently hiring for a Customer Executive (B2B) for our client in Citywest who is a leader in the FMCG space. This is a hybrid position and will suit a Customer Service Administrator with strong Excel skills and experience supporting B2B.

What will I be doing?
- Supporting Senior Customer Manager in Client Relationship management and administration
- Acting as first point of contact for incoming inquiries from clients and ensuring timely responses
- Continuously building and developing strong client relationships through onsite and offsite meetings
- Working closely with other teams to prepare reports and analyse sales data
- Providing administrative support to manager and other teams
- Preparing materials and agendas for customer meetings
- Gathering market data to identify trends and opportunities, providing these insights to the sales team
- Sharing client feedback with other teams to provide solutions
- Monitoring KPI's related to customer accounts and providing updates to sales team
What is required of me?
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
- Due to the requirement to attend offsite meetings, a full drivers licence is required
- Proven ability to gather and analyse information
- Full working authorisation in Ireland is required, we are unfortunately unable to provide sponsorship
