We're partnering with our client in the non profit sector to hire an Administrator for their HR Team. While this sits on the HR team you will be primarily responsible for data administration.

Location: This role is based fully onsite in Dublin 2 due to the nature of the work involved
Salary: €35k
Start Date: ASAP
Key Duties:
- Generating reports, performing data entry, and conducting data analysis using Excel.
- Playing a key role in managing and maintaining HR processes and policies, ensuring everything is documented and up-to-date.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, ensuring efficient operations.
- Assisting with compliance tracking, policy updates, and contributing to overall HR documentation process improvements.
- Performing complex formulas on Excel to manage data efficiently
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office You'll need strong skills in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. (Skills testing will be issued to those moving to the next stage of recruitment
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills and highly proficient in Word and PowerPoint, in addition to Excel.
- You're someone who naturally thinks in terms of processes and policies, with experience managing them.
- You can work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Industry Experience (Preferred but not essential): Experience in a highly process driven industry would be beneficial
- Aspiration for HR: A genuine desire to learn and progress into an HR Coordinator role in the future.
- Full working authorisation in Ireland for long term full time employment
- Must be available for an immediate start
