    My client are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to join their team. In this dynamic role, you'll support a range of administrative and office services functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an exceptional experience for clients and staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate mailroom and courier services, including package handling and deliveries

    • Manage conference room bookings, setups, and AV equipment

    • Maintain office supply inventory and liaise with vendors

    • Serve as a point of contact for building management and visitor access

    • Provide general support to colleagues, including printing, Wi-Fi, and travel arrangements

    • Ensure adherence to confidentiality and firm policies

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of administrative or office support experience

    • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and with minimal supervision

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
