The Temporary General Administrator will provide adaptable administrative support across the organization, ensuring continuity of operations and additional capacity during a busy growth phase.
Manage office phone lines, emails, visitors, files, appointments, and general administration.
Perform daily filing, photocopying, scanning, and document binding.
Scan and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
Ensure efficient turnaround times to meet deadlines.
Maintain and update stationery and kitchen supplies.
Provide ad-hoc support for project and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
Ability to adapt skillset across reception, secretarial, and office management duties.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Previous administration experience is desirable.
