My client has an exciting opportunity to join their Dublin office as an Executive Assistant. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build a long-term career within a dynamic and global professional services firm. You will provide essential support to Audit and Assurance Partners and key members of their team, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
Act as a first point of contact and trusted gatekeeper for Partners.
Provide PA and administrative support to Partners and senior team members.
Manage diaries, prioritise appointments and coordinate schedules.
Organise internal and external meetings with precision and professionalism.
Handle client and colleague communications, ensuring a high standard of service.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Prepare presentations, reports and client-facing materials.
Support the onboarding of new clients in collaboration with the Client Take-On Team.
Manage correspondence, take minutes at team meetings and track follow-up actions.
Assist with special projects, business continuity planning and ad-hoc tasks.
