The Opportunity
Our Client, a leading full-service Irish firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (3-5 years' PQE) to join their market-leading Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-profile disputes in the Irish market within a collaborative and partner-led environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise a diverse domestic and international client base on a broad spectrum of commercial and contractual disputes.
- Act on behalf of financial institutions, developers, and corporate entities in high-value corporate litigation.
- Support on complex professional negligence claims, construction disputes, and insolvency-related litigation.
- Represent clients in judicial reviews and regulatory matters, gaining exposure to multiple sectors including energy and financial services.
- Contribute to dispute resolution strategies, including mediation and arbitration, ensuring commercially-focused outcomes for clients.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3 to 5 years' PQE in a dedicated commercial litigation environment.
- Proven track record of experience in the High Court and Commercial Court.
- Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-first legal advice.
- A proactive professional who works well in a collaborative, fast-paced, and partner-led environment.
