Key Responsibilities
- Winning new business across construction, manufacturing, retail, and commercial sectors
- Building and managing a pipeline
- Closing high-value contracts
- Developing long-term client partnerships with a focus on sustainability
- Leveraging advanced data and reporting tools as key selling points
- Preparing tailored proposals and engaging with multi-stakeholder decision-making teams
- Collaborating with inside sales, marketing, and operational leads to close complex deals
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales success
- Confidence dealing with senior decision-makers and negotiating long-term agreements
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to balance volume with value
- Ability to manage pipelines, prioritise accounts, and close with precision
- Exceptional communication skills - persuasive, structured, and consultative
- Experience selling solutions with environmental, compliance or sustainability elements is a strong plus
- Experience in waste, construction, logistics or facilities management is desirable
