    Skills

    • QFA qualified (essential) with a relevant third-level qualification
    • Minimum 2 years' advisory experience, ideally with HNW clients
    • Proven track record in developing and retaining client relationships
    • Strong technical knowledge of investments, pensions and tax frameworks
    • Solid understanding of MiFID and Consumer Protection Code requirements
    • Commercially minded with strong communication and relationship skills
    • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
    • Upselling relevant services, while actively pursuing new business prospects through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach initiatives.
    • Prepare and present clear, well-structured proposals that demonstrate expertise in wealth management, investment planning, retirement strategies, and broader financial services, ensuring clients fully understand and feel confident in the recommended solutions.
    • Create and implement a results-driven business development plan aligned with organisational goals. Focus on enhancing brand visibility, market positioning, and professional credibility through targeted initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement, ultimately contributing to sustainable growth and a strong industry reputation.
    • Utilise digital platforms and marketing tools to effectively communicate the organisation's value proposition. Develop engaging content, manage online presence, and execute strategic campaigns that increase brand recognition, and generate leads.
