Client Manager - Asset Servicing
- Act as the Senior Global Contact for an assigned portfolio of clients
- Develop long term and trusted relationships with clients
- Manages all aspects of commercial relations
- Develop network of strategic contacts within client's organisation
- Develop strategic account plans for assigned portfolio of clients, including but not limited
- Documented understanding of client's organisation and stakeholders (including supporters and non-supporters)
- Retention plan (if relevant) and growth opportunities
- Develop differentiated relationship model tailored to the clients and its strategic challenges
- Represent in a senior capacity at external conferences and events
- Proactively share clients' strategic objectives to all stakeholders in order to develop solutions that align with these ambitions
- Prepare and lead global strategic committee meetings with clients' management general management
- Work in close collaboration with the global client relationship managers, product, operational, IT and support teams on common topics, projects and solutions defined for the client.
- Negotiation of legal agreements
- Completeness of KYC and file for Risk & Compliance Committee
Work with Business Implementation team for new business
- Update and maintain CRM system
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5-10 years' experience of working in the asset servicing industry
5 years' experience of managing a global client base/multi jurisdiction clients
In depth knowledge of asset servicing
Strong relationship background and experience of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support client ambitions
Experience in commercial negotiations
Experience of creating and maintaining global client strategic plans
Comfortable in interacting at C-suite
