About the Opportunity
An established, investment-led financial services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Executive to join its growing Wealth Management team, with a regional focus on the West of Ireland. This is a senior, client-facing role offering the opportunity to manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients while contributing to the firm's long-term regional growth strategy.
You will play a key role in delivering holistic, planning-led wealth solutions, driving new business development, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes. The role offers strong autonomy, access to a collaborative national platform, and a clear succession opportunity within an existing client book.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead holistic, planning-led advice and portfolio oversight for high-net-worth clients (typically €1m+), aligned to client objectives and risk profiles
- Assume responsibility for and grow an inherited client book as part of a structured succession plan
- Build and convert a high-quality regional pipeline through referrals, events, and professional introducer relationships
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across wealth, investment, and advisory teams to ensure the most appropriate service model for each client
- Develop strong regional sector insight (e.g. Technology, MedTech, Pharma, Property, Hospitality, Aviation) to originate new opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting investment planning and long-term wealth strategies
- Represent the firm at regional client and community events, both in-person and virtually
- Ensure all advice and business development activity meets regulatory, suitability, and internal risk standards
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Financial Services
- Proven track record in wealth management and high-net-worth client advisory
- Demonstrated success in business development, relationship management, and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of investment markets and financial products
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance commercial targets with exceptional client service and compliance standards
- Relevant third-level qualification in business, finance, or a related discipline
- Professional qualifications such as QFA, CFP, or equivalent (Registered Representative / Stockbroking qualifications also considered)
