Senior - Private Credit Fund Accounting

We are seeking an experienced Senior to join a Private Credit platform. This role will manage client deliverables, oversee fund administration, and act as a subject matter expert within a Geneva-based Private Credit environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end administration of Private Credit funds (direct lending, mezzanine, etc.)
• Deliver accurate and timely NAVs, investor reporting, and financial statements
• Act as a key contact for clients, auditors, and service providers
• Review complex transactions including loan activity, accruals, and fee calculations
• Support fund lifecycle events such as launches and liquidations
• Act as a Geneva SME, overseeing trade capture, valuations, income recognition, and period-end close
• Support system enhancements, onboarding, and issue resolution
• Manage and develop fund accounting team members and review work for accuracy
• Support workflow management, performance processes, and team oversight
• Drive process improvements, standardisation, and operational efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Support internal and external audits

Skills & Experience

• Strong technical knowledge of Private Credit accounting
• Advanced Geneva expertise
• Solid understanding of fund operations and asset management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and advanced Excel skills

Requirements

• 2-3+ years' experience in Private Credit fund accounting
• Hands-on experience with the Geneva platform
• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) or in progress
• Experience with systems such as Investran or Yardi
• Experience in fund financial reporting
